Our games may request access to a few things including the microphone. Let's address why we request this information. The users microphone is requested for in-game voice chat. Voice chat allows you to interact with other users to make our games more immersive and social. The microphones access can be denied by clicking "DENY" when prompted to give access to the microphone after opening the game. If you have enabled your microphone but want to disable it, uninstall the game, reinstall it, then you will be prompted again to give access and you may choose "DENY" if you wish. If you want to enable your microphone after selecting "DENY" uninstall the game, reinstall it, then you will be prompted again to give access and you may choose "ALLOW". Now let's focus on the things that Banan Productions require. We use a service called PlayFab to manage and save every users data. Whenever opening the game for the first time, a PlayFab account is automatically created for you. PlayFab will save almost everything you do in the game including purchasing accessories, changing your username, changing your color, and anything else related to customization. PlayFab gives us access to a few more key things, so let's dive into what else we require here at Banan Productions. Our users IP addresses are automatically saved into their account. IP addresses are strictly used for recognizing a certain internet network, which allows us to connect you to your account whenever you join the game. IP addresses are also very important to banning users in-game who are not doing the right thing. If a user is every being rude, harmful, or discomforting anyone in-game in any way, please report them by clicking the Meta Button on your right touch controller to open the Meta Menu, and clicking the report button. From there explain what happened in-game and continue through the reporting process. If enough users report this one person, they will get banned from the game for what they were doing, and the time of the ban will vary. Banning requires the users IP address for banning specific networks and any accounts playing on that network, so users can't ban evade. Ban evading is when a user creates a new account to avoid a ban. Evading bans will lead to more serious consequences including extended ban time or a permanent ban, meaning the user can never play the game again. Finally, lets go over how to delete the data we request and collect. If you wish to delete any data we collect, you may uninstall the game. When you uninstall the game, your information is not completely deleted. After uninstalling the game, from out end we can no longer see your account. If you re-install the game and join it your account is re-activated, meaning we can now see everyhing in your account again. We have accounts set up this way to avoid you loosing any in-game accessories purchased, the amount of in-game currency you have, your username, color, and much, much more. If you truly wish to completely delete all of the data related to our game that is connected with your IP and headset, then no worries! We check through PlayFab every 30 minutes and note down activity on specific accounts. After we notice an account that is idle for a long time we delete it. Want to delete your data? No problem! If you are wondering what your PlayFab ID is, in-game at the computer, scroll down until you reach the "Privacy" tab. On the privacy tab near the bottom of the screen you will see it says option 1 to reveal your PlayFab ID. If you prefer contact through discord, then no worries! Banan Productions will not request or collect any other information other than the ones we have just gone over.
