Account and Game Data (PlayFab Integration)

• We use PlayFab, a third-party service, to manage and save user data.

• A PlayFab account is automatically created for you when you open the game for the first time.

• PlayFab stores:

  • Purchase history for in-game accessories

  • Username and color customizations

  • Other game customization settings

IP Address Collection

• Your IP address is automatically linked to your account.

• Used for:

  • Recognizing your internet network for account access

  • Enforcing bans against users violating community guidelines

• IP bans may be applied to prevent ban evasion. Repeated ban evasion may result in permanent account termination.

In-App Purchases (IAP)

• Our games offer in-app purchases for cosmetic items and other non-essential enhancements.

• Transactions are processed through the platform’s payment system (e.g., Meta, PlayFab) under their security protocols.

• We do not store or process payment information directly.

• Purchases are tied to your PlayFab account and can be restored after reinstalling and logging back in.

• To report inappropriate behavior:

  1. Press the Meta Button on your right controller to open the Meta Menu.

  2. Select Report and follow the instructions.

• Multiple reports may lead to temporary or permanent bans.

4. Data Deletion Requests

• Uninstalling the game does not delete your account data, but deactivates it.

• If you reinstall and log back in, your account is reactivated with previously stored data.

• We retain data to preserve purchases, settings, and customization.

Permanent Data Deletion

• Inactive accounts may be deleted after 12 months of inactivity.

  • Your in-game username

  • Your PlayFab ID (found in the Privacy tab under game settings).

5. Children’s Privacy

• Our games are not directed at children under 13 years old.

• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
